1. The following terms and conditions apply to all clients of digitalCCTV.co.nz Limited hereinafter referred to as DCCTV
2. Prices shall be those at date/time of delivery of each item on the client order. DCCTV reserves the right to amend the price and/or specifications of any goods without notice.
3. Any default in payment will immediately result in the suspension of the clients’ account with DCCTV and will make any and all moneys owed by the client to DCCTV due, Including any recovery charges.
4. Invoice is to be presented for warranty claims. All warranty is non-transferable & return to base. service outside the warranty period will be at customers cost.
5. All New Systems and new parts sold have a 12 months warranty unless specified in this invoice.
6. Labour will be charged a minimum of NZ$30 + GST or per hour/s if goods are found not faulty.
7. Warranties on some products are provided directly by the manufacturer or distributor.
8. Warranty does not cover any damage to any other goods used in conjunction with these goods.
9. Software problems are not covered by this warranty. In the instance of a fault being deemed a software or human error, Labour will be charged, at the normal rate.
10.Goods returned will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% and must be in original condition of sale.
11. Following examination by the supplier if the accessory requires minor adjustments and/or repairs prior to the warranty expiry date, these can be undertaken at our discretion instead of replacement.
12. No single claim or aggregate of claims can exceed the value of the goods supplied.
13.Fuses, Bulbs & battery do not carry a warranty
14. All Warranty Claims are returned to base or accordance with manufacturer or distributor; mobile costs are at customer’s expense.
15.If any goods are misused, tampered with or labels are removed, the warranty will void. (If DCCTV’s experts decide, it is misused or tampered)
16.The vendor excludes consequential loss or damage to arising from the use of goods that refer to this invoice.
17.We are not obligated to provide a refund under the consumer act if you have changed your mind about any purchase, so please choose carefully.
18. DCCTV are not liable for any theft or damage to the property or its contents and /or any inability on the part of the customer/purchaser to use the equipment. This warranty is not an insurance policy against loss.
19. The customer understands & agrees to and accepts the above Terms & Conditions of purchase.
